All orders are custom-made and ship within 2-3 business days with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. 

Orders over $35 ship for free; all other orders ship within the US for $6. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please be aware that personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Before placing an order, kindly ensure you have checked your pet’s custom details: for instance, the spelling of your pet’s name, age, first initial, and selected breed. We highly recommend reviewing this information carefully, as changes cannot be made once an order is placed. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Please get in touch with us within 3 business days of receipt of the damaged item. We ask that you email us and include a photo(s) of the damaged product so we can credit your original payment method.

Our cupcake topper sets are personalized with your dog’s first name on the doghouse toppers.

Due to the handmade nature of these items, sizes and pattern placement may vary slightly. Finished sizes include the cake or cupcake pick.

• Doghouse cake toppers are 6” wide x 5” tall, finished size is 10” tall

• Breed toppers are 2-3” tall x 2-3” long, depending on the breed. Finished size (including pick) is 4-5” tall.

• Bone cupcake toppers are 2.5” wide x 1” tall, finished size is 4” tall

• Doghouse cupcake toppers are 2.5” wide x 2” tall, finished size is 4.5” tall

• Hats are 4 ½” tall x 3 ½” wide

• Banners are 5 ½’ long for a “one” year old banner. Final length is determined by the age of your dog/amount of letters used. Each pennant is 4 ½” wide x 5 ½ “ tall.

We use solid and patterned cardstock and no-mess glitter cardstock that won't shed or leave any residue. Our cake and cupcake picks are made from heavy-duty, food-grade plastic.
